Ni hao!

Hope you all enjoyed your holidays. We certainly did here at Mandarin Stars!

Over the break we are ran a number of action-packed holiday programs celebrating Chinese culture in various locations around Sydney, and of course everybody enjoyed themselves immensely.

Smiles were hard to wipe off our children’s faces as they engaged in a myriad of fun educational experiences, including cooking dumplings and spring rolls, taking a trip to the Chinese Garden of Friendship, learning calligraphy, drinking tea, and dragon boat racing! What fun.

We were pleased to see so many familiar faces – and even some bright new ones – delighting in our program, and we hope to see many of these young ones back in our regular classes as the new school term begins.

We recently sent out our Term 3 Newsletter which included a link to a beautiful slideshow display of our student’s work, as well as media updates, staff training and program developments in Mandarin Stars.
